    Directions

    1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C (Gas Mark 4). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
    2. Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined.
    3. Add Dry Ingredients: Add the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and "Roar" supplement to the wet mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
    4. Incorporate the Flour: Gradually fold in the flour, mixing gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the bread dense.
    5. Optional Add-Ins: If desired, stir in chopped nuts, pecans, or chocolate chips for added texture and flavour.
    6. Prepare and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
    7. Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
